Tajikistan - Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate


Procedure

Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approach the State Phytosanitary and Plant Quarantine Service. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
  2. You have to submit an application request to the State Phytosanitary and Plant Quarantine Service.
  3. The application request shall include the information listed below under the “required information” section.
  4. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to present the application request and Documents to the State Phytosanitary and Plant Quarantine Service.
  6. After the application request is processed and accepted, The Plant Quarantine Service conducts an inspection. The Inspector inspects the shipment.
  7. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the applicant has to pay the prescribed fee and collect the Phytosanitary Certificate.

TJS 18 per transport if cargo exceeds 1 ton

Validity

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
