1. Go to the Motor Vehicles Office.
2. Submit the required documents.
3. Fill in the application form.
4. Pay the necessary fee.

• Owner's ID Card
• The driving permit
• Two number plates (back & front) (one for motorcycle) or a certificate issued by the police for lost license plates (if only one license plate is lost, return the remaining one)
• Owner copy of the new license plate registration certificate held by the previous owner

• The applicant must settle any outstanding taxes (including taxes for the current period) and fines prior to applying.
• The applicant must enclose the creditor, letter of consent for pledged vehicles and pay a $450 fee.
