1. Attend a first-aid course and obtain a first-aid certificate which is valid for six years. You may ask your cantons road traffic office about where you can enroll.
2. Fill up an application form for a provisional license. You may download the form from your cantons road traffic office website or personally obtain one from the traffic office. Your cantons residents office might also be able to give you a form.
3. Submit your completed application form along with all other required documents.
4. Once your application is confirmed you can now apply to take the theory test. It will be much easier if you apply online, to do this visit your cantons road traffic office website.
5. Once you pass the theory test, your provisional licence will be issued to you.
