1.The process starts by the applicant finding out the available and he / she assesses his / her eligibility. These vacancies can be identified when a chief of a particular unit announces available vacancies and approved in the budget of his unit. A unit in this case is either a ministry, agency or administrative office with connection to the government of the country;
2.The applicant then prepares a letter of request detailing his / her qualification and work experience, which he / she submits to the authority on the examination / interview date;
3.After the examination / interview, the authority makes assessments and gets back to successful candidates after the final assessments;
