1. Obtain an application from the Department of Inland Revenue's Tax Payer Service Unit.
2. Complete and submit the application together with required supporting documents.
3. The Tax Payer Service Unit is accepting application from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

To those who are leaving the country:

• Completed application.
• Ask a representative from the Tax Payer Service Unit for other documents that must be attached to your application
