1. The applicant or organizer must obtain a Loud Speaker Permit Application form (DOP ALS ) from the respective police station. A link is also provided under "Documents to Use" section which you can use to download the form.
2. Complete the form.
3. Submit the completed form together with the consent letter and other required documents.
4. Pay the application fee.
5. The OIC of the respective Police station will decide on whether the Permit is possible to be certified by the A.S.P
6. The issuing authority ( A.S.P in charge of Locality ) approves the permit and instructs the applicant or organizer on terms and conditions to be followed.

Note: A.S.P accepts application from 8.00am to 4.30pm (Weekdays).

  • If meeting is to be held in a vehicle , the applicant has to get consent letter from the owner of the vehicle.
