1. To Apply for Family Unity Benefits, the applicant has to approach the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Service link

2. The applicant has to download the application form from the following link
3. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
5. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the office mail address.
6. The mailing address is mentioned in the following link
7. The fee for this procedure is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
8. Once the verification process gets done, the applicant gets the notification from the USICS department.
9. The applicant has to visit the nearest USICS office for biometric service.
10. Also, the respective officer will do the interview to the applicant with the submitted documents.
11. After all the process gets done, the applicant gets the certificate through mail.
12. The processing time for this procedure is up to one year.

NOTE: If USCIS requests an original document from the applicant, it will be returned to The applicant after USCIS inspection gets done.
