- To Obtain Tshegetso Call Centre Service, the applicant must visit the Department of Correctional Services Republic of South Africa’s website. Online Link
- In the given link, the applicant must select the option “Submit a ticket” in order to avail the call centre service.
- On the new webpage, the applicant must enter all the necessary details.
- The applicant must keep the necessary documents to support the issue that they are raising complaint about.
- After filling the necessary details and uploading the supporting documents, the applicant must submit the complaint by selecting the option “Submit Ticket”.
- After submitting the complaint, the applicant will receive the “Ticket ID” in the mail ID that was given while filing the application.
- With the “Ticket ID”, the applicant can track the status of the complaint by using the “View Existing Ticket” option on the main page.
- No fee is required to avail the Tshegetso Call Centre Service.
- The processing time and complaint process can be tracked on the website using the “Ticket ID” given to the applicant.
Apply through Toll Free Number and Mail:
- The Tshegetso Call Centre Service can also be availed using the Toll-Free Number: 0860 000 327.
- After calling the given number, the customer service executive will register the complaint, and will give the “Ticket ID” for further reference purposes.
- Apart from the Online and Toll-free services, the applicant raises the complaint using the mail ID given by the Correlational Service department. The official mail ID is enquiry.complaints@dcs.gov.za .
- Using the given mail ID, the applicant should write a mail stating the issue, and also the supporting documents must be attached for the reference.
- After acknowledging the issue, the customer service will send the “Ticket ID” for further assistance and reference in the complaint.
- No fee is required to avail the Tshegetso Call Centre Service.
- The processing time and complaint process can be tracked on the website using the “Ticket ID” given to the applicant.
