Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain South Africa Forex License, the applicant must visit the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) office in South Africa Link
2. The application form “FSP- Category 1” must be obtained from the authorities at the FSCA office, or else can be downloaded from the official website Link
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application form must be filed with necessary details.
5. Later, the application form and the required documents should be submitted to the respective official at the FSCA office.
6. After that the application will be verified by the financial services board and the licensing committee.
7. After the thorough verification, if the details provided and the supporting documents submitted are legitimate, then the Forex Business license application will be approved by the FSCA department.
8. After the approval, the license certificate will be issued to the applicant by the FSCA department.
9. The complete fee details of the application are given below in the “Fees” section of this page.
10. The processing time to get the Forex Business application approval is between 6 weeks to 12 weeks.
