Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain Extension Metering Reading Software License Agreement, the applicant must go to the Cape Agulhas Municipal Office in South Africa. Contact Link
2. The applicant must write the request letter stating the reason for the extension of metering reading license agreement.
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The written request letter, along with the required documents form must be submitted to the Cape Agulhas Municipal authorities as well as the Consolidated African Technologies (CAT) team.
5. After verifying the documents, and the application details, the agreement will be signed and approved to the applicant by the municipal department combined by the CAT.
6. The fee details and the processing time will be intimated to the applicant while applying.
