1. To Get Motor Vehicle Testing Service, the applicant must go to the respective Municipal Office in South Africa. Contacts Link
2. The applicant must submit the written application letter to the Manager of Municipal Housing Department in the municipal office.
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application letter along with the necessary documents must be submitted to the Manager of the Municipal Traffic Department in the municipal office.
5. The application and the documents will be verified by various authorities in the municipal office.
6. After completely verifying the documents and the application letter, the applicant will be issued permission to test the motor vehicle at the Traffic Department in South Africa.
7. The fee details of the application and the testing service will be intimated to the applicant while filing the application.
8. The processing time will be intimated to the applicant after filing the application.
