Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for getting Business Process Services (BPS) Incentive in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the Department of Trade, Industry and Corporation.
2. The address and contact details of the DTIC can be found in the following link: Link Refer to the bottom of the page.
3. Visit the office of DTIC and get the application form for getting Business Process Services (BPS) Incentive, from the relevant department.
4. Complete the form as required with relevant details. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
5. After completing the application form, attach all the documents required for the process with the completed form.
6. Then, proceed to submit the package to the relevant authority at the office for further processes. Make the payment as necessary.
7. After all the processes have got completed, the concerned authorities will proceed to make the amendments for the incentive grant process.
8. The applicant can obtain any information regarding the progress of his/her request, from the office where the application has been made.

• Any enterprise that provides Business process services and needs financial support is eligible to apply.
• The concerned enterprise must be a registered legal entity in South Africa in terms of the Companies Act.
• The concerned enterprise must be involved in starting a new operation or in expanding an existing operation in order to perform BPS activities.
• It must have secured a contract for offshore BPS activities and it should be in operation.

The primary objective of the incentive is to create employment in South Africa through servicing offshore activities.
