2. The applicant must submit the written application letter to the community development authority in the municipal office.
3. The application letter must be submitted to the respective authorities in the municipal office.
4. Later, the applicant will be enrolled in the Mandela Day Activities programme organised by the municipal committee.
5. The fee details and the processing time for enrolment will be intimated to the applicant after filing the application.
