Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Site Development Plan, the applicant must visit the nearest district building development management offices (Public Works & Infrastructure) link
2. The application form varies for different city and municipality; therefore, the respective application form must be obtained from the authorities at the management office, or else can be downloaded online from the link given here. link

3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant must submit the application form along with the draft of site development plan to the officials at the nearest district planning office.
5. After receiving the documents and the SDP, the application will be assessed and verifies by the respective officials.
6. After verifying the SDP, the Land use management officials will comment on the application.
7. Then the applicant will be notified to collect the commented SDP.
8. All the commented details must be completed and obtained by the applicant.
9. After completing all the details mentioned by the officials, the SDP must again be submitted at the district planning office.
10. If the commented details are completed and in order, then the Site Development Plan submitted will be approved by the Land Use Management officials.
11. After getting the SPD approval, the applicant should proceed to get the building plan approval.
12. The prescribed application fee for the Site Development Plan will be intimated to the applicant while applying.
13. The processing time to get the Site Development Plan approval will be intimated to the applicant after applying.
