1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach the Department of Agriculture. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
2. You have to submit an Application form to the Department of Agriculture.
3. Application form can be found on the following link: Link
4. Download the application form and fill up your details.
5. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the Required Document” section of this page.
6. The applicant shall present the duly filled application form and documents to the Department of Agriculture.
7. Once the application is verified and registered, The Department of Agriculture assesses the inspection fee.
8. After the payment of prescribed fee, The Inspector inspects the shipment destined for export.
9. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
