Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Confirmation of Partnership in person, the applicant has to visit any nearest branch of South African Revenue Services.

3. Visit the nearest branch of SARS and get the application form EMP128 - Confirmation of Partnership - External. Or click here to download: Link
4. Complete the application form with relevant information a under respective sections as required.
5. After completing, attach any supporting documents (if required) with the completed Application form and submit it to the concerned official at the branch office.
6. Also, make the necessary payment (if any) as directed by the authorities.

• The applying entity must have Pay-As-You-Earn or Unemployment Insurance Fund or Skills Development Levy registration.
