Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Adult Entertainment Premises License, the applicant must go to the Municipal Office in South Africa Contacts Link
2. The applicant must submit the request letter to the respective authorities in the municipal office.
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are requested by the officials.
4. The request letter along with the necessary documents must be submitted to the respective officials in the Municipal office.
5. The documents and the business details will be verified by the respective authorities in the municipal office.
6. After completely verifying the documents and business details, the applicant will be issued with the Adult Entertainment Premises License.
7. If any of the requirements is not fulfilled by the applicant, the municipal authority will give 14-day grace period to make the required changes to meet the eligibility requirements.
8. If the applicant fulfils the requirements within 14 days, then the license will be issued to carry forward with the business.
9. The fee details and the processing time will be intimated to the applicant while applying.
