Lost/stolen damaged certificates

If the vehicle registration certificate is worn, damaged, destroyed, lost or alienated, submit an application for issuing a replacement vehicle registration certificate where you must specify the circumstances in which the injury, loss or theft occurred.

• proof of technical roadworthiness of the vehicle, the certificate must be issued not longer than 30 days prior to submission of application
• a proof of origin and ownership of the vehicle or parts of vehicles which have been additionally fitted (e.g. chassis, engine);
• a certificate of compliance or consent to registration in the case of a vehicle which must be issued such a certificate or approval in accordance with this law;
• proof of the concluded insurance civil liability, in the case of vehicles for public transport of passengers, as well as proof of insurance of passengers;
• proof-of-settled annual duty for the use of vehicles on the road, and

Vehicle Registration

Information about the vehicle, the vehicle's owner and registration mark is entered in the record of registered vehicles.

A vehicle registration certificate is issued after the vehicle has passed technical examination and all statutory obligations were paid.
