1. You have to approach the nearest police station who should be able to help you with applying for the driver license. Following are the list of police stations that are in Slovak, please choose the one nearest to you : Local Traffic Police Departments
2. Please make sure you have the documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page and also confirm the same with the police department.
3. You will have to clear a written test and a driving test. If you have cleared the above test you will be provided with a driver license.

Alternatively, you could join the driving schools in your locaol area they should help you out in getting a driver license, but they will charge you for the service they provide. Following is the list of driving schools : Slovakia Driving Schools

• Proof of Identity with your address and age proof
• One black-white or colour photo, dimensions 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
• Completed form for driver license which can be applied from the police station.
