2. The applicant has to log in with their Singpass ID number and password.

   Note: If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, reading the information marked 1 and 2 and agreeing to the terms and conditions, and clicking on register now, no the next page enter your personal information and submit. You will be issued your Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Review the application and submit the application form.
6. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority's request.
7. After successful completion, the applicant is notified via email or SMS.

NOTE: Exemption is not approved if the NEA does not receive the list of works at least 2 working days before the specific approved Sunday/PH.
