1. To Terminate or Disconnect Water Connection, the applicant has to approach SP group customer service centre Link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authority officer or the applicant can download the application form given here Application form
3. Applicant has to fill all the necessary details in the application form. Incomplete application forms are not accepted.
4. Make sure the applicant has the all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies along with application form and submit the application form to the relevant officer.
6. The authority will review the application, and the applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority request.
7. After the successful payment, the authority will terminate or disconnect water connection of the applicant.

1. To Terminate or Disconnect Water Connection, the applicant can make the application via SP utilities app or use the QR- code given in the link to download the app Link
2. After downloading the app the applicant has to fill the online application form to terminate the water connection – application form
3. The applicant has to fill the application form with the necessary details and post the application form to SP group customer service centre (contact details of the office was given in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page)
4. The applicant can also email the application form to spsupply@spgroup.com.sg
5. After receiving the application form the authority will contact and requested to pay the prescribed if it is necessary.
6. After successful payment the authority will terminate the water connection within 3-7 business days the applicant will be notified via email or SMS.
