Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew Driver License, the applicant has to approach Traffic Police Department location link
2. An applicant form will be provided by the authority officer.
3. Applicant has to fill all the necessary information in the application form (incomplete application forms are not accepted)
4. Make sure the applicant has all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies along with the application form and submit the application form to the authority officer.
6. Fee for this has to be paid as per the authority request and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
7. After successful payment, the traffic police department will post the hard copy of the renewed license in 7 – 14 days.

• Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.

• The validity of the renewed license is 3 years.

• An applicant who committed any serious offences such as rape, murder or kidnapping will not be considered
• Applicants who committed less serious offences such as housebreaking and cheating may be considered after the sentence has been completed. A testimonial from the relevant authority may be requested on a case-by-case basis
• Applicants serving supervision orders may be considered after the supervision order is completed.
