1. To Renew Dog License (Pet License) the applicant has to make the payment by tapping the following link  Pet Animal Licensing System (PALS) link
2. The applicant needs to login with their Singpass Id number and password or by singpass app.

   Note: If you don’t not have an account you can register by clicking on register for singpass, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. After login Go to ‘Home’ → ‘My Licences’ Click on the ‘Payment’ icon to make payment and Select licence type. Read and understand the terms, click the checkbox and “Confirm”. Click on “Make payment” button.
4. Upon the successful payment, an acknowledgement page stating that your licence has been successfully renewed will be displayed upon the completion of your online payment.
5. Later the applicant can download their renewed license.

Note:

1. For GIRO customers, the licence fee will be deducted from your GIRO account on the date stated in your renewal notice.
2. The applicant also make payment via any AXS station near by them or the applicant can make the payment through AXS app link

Any person who having pets (dog) license are eligible to make this application.

• Fee to renew dog license is $15.00 for one year.

• The validity of the renewed license is for one year.

• Under the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules, all dogs must be licensed. This is for traceability in the event of an outbreak in disease, such as rabies. In such instances, the licensee is expected to produce the dog for examination, if required.
