1. To Participate in Clean-up at Beaches and Parks, the applicant has to make the application in National Environment Agency e- service portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant needs to login with their Singpass Id number and password.

   Note:
   If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register for singpass, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to fill all the necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure the applicant has to upload the required document that are mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After submitting the documents review the application and click submit.
6. Review the application, click the declaration and submit the application form.
7. The minimum processing time to Participate in Clean-up at Beaches and Parks application is 7 working days.

Note:
Registration can be made at least 21 days from date of sign up and up to 90 days in advance. Requests that are less than 21 days or longer than 90 days will not be accepted.

• Advise those who are unwell to stay at home
• Check-in and check-out Safe-Entry at the beach or park
• No inter-mingling among different groups
• No gathering after completion of clean-up
• All participants and instructors/guides must be properly masked at all times
• Face shields are not allowed as substitutes for proper masks
• Cancel clean-up during wet weather

• As part of the Keep Singapore Clean Movement, Any person can play a part in keeping our public spaces clean and safe for everyone. Sign up to this meaningful event with your peers and create a good cause to Singapore. To participate, please click on ‘Clean-up at Beaches and Parks’.

• Participants may conduct the beach clean-up between 9am to 6pm.
• The activity is to be solely conducted by the teacher-in-charge / person-in-charge. There will be no officer on site to conduct the beach clean-up activity.
• Participants should prepare their own tongs, gloves and used plastic bags for trash disposal.
• NEA / PHC does not issue any "Certificate of Participation" or endorse any "Letter of Participation".

Please explain what are other uses of obtaining this document/certificate.
e.g. Birth Certificate can be used as proof of identity.
