Singapore - Obtain Permit to Occupy and Operate Scheduled Premises

Apply In-Person:

  1. To Obtain a Permit to Occupy and Operate Scheduled Premises, the applicant has to approach National Environment Agency’s Pollution Control 1 Division link
  2. The applicant has to download and complete the application form at the following link
  3. The applicant has to complete all necessary details in the application form.
  4. After filling the application form, make sure to attach all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority's request.
  6. Submit the application form to National Environment Agency’s Pollution Control 1 Division contact details of the office were given in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
  7. The authority will review the application and contact the applicant via email or SMS.
  8. The processing time of the application takes up to 1 to 3 weeks.
