Apply In Person

1. To obtain for Pet Shop, the applicant has to approach the Animal & Veterinary Service in Singapore contact link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Complete the form with the necessary details.
4. Make sure that the applicant should have all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the completed form along with the needed documents to the relevant authority.
6. Upon the successful applying, the board will issue the license within the stipulated processing time.

Apply online

1. To obtain license for Pet Shop, the applicant can use the following link for online application link
2. Enter a search “Licence for Pet Shop” then click on "Add to selection"> click on "Review and Apply" and then click the "Proceed" button.
3. The applicant has to login with their Singpass Id number and password

   Note: If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

4. The applicant has to necessary information and submit the required document that are mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After submitting the documents review the application and click submit.
6. After uploaded the documents pay the prescribed fee of e-payments method in PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
7. Finally click the “Submit” button.

NOTE:

• A non-refundable application fee of $94.50 (inclusive of $4.50 GST) is payable upon application.
• Acceptance of application does not guarantee final approval.
• No animals can be displayed or sold prior to receiving the final approval.
