1. To Obtain License for Animal Research Facility, the applicant can use the following online form
2. The applicant has to login with their Singpass Id number and password

   Note: If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. Applicant need to add the general information and click the “Next” button.
4. And provide the complete application details without ignoring it and press the “Next”.
5. After this upload the required documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. After uploading the documents pay the prescribed fee of e-payments method in PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
7. Finally click the “Submit” button.

NOTE: filling time for this procedure takes up to 30mins.

• Licence Fee: $300

• The licence is valid for a year and should be renewed prior to expiry.
