1. To obtain Health Certificate to Export Ornamental Fish, the applicant has to make the application in GoBusiness licensing portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant needs to login with their Singpass Id number and password

   Note: If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to provide the general information and application details.
4. Make sure the applicant has a required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After successful submission the applicant has to pay the Licence Fee of $ 350 via credit or debit card.
6. The authorized officer will inspect the application Upon full compliance to requirements and submission of required documents, Animal & Veterinary service will approve the application. The applicant will receive a notification via email and GoBusiness within 3 working days.
7. AVS will post out the certificate within 7 working days upon successful payment.

• A copy of Applicant's NRIC
• A copy of ACRA registered Company Business Profile
• The floor plan of your premises designated for import or export activity of ornamental fish. It must include the quarantine and packing area.
• A copy of the Unique Entity Number (UEN) notice issued to the company by the UEN issuance agency.
• Test report of ornamental fish intended for export
• Contractual Specification as agreed between Importer and Exporter.
• Copy of Purchase Order
• Watermark certificate.

• The applicant must be the manager of a business firm registered under the Business Registration Act, or the director of a company registered under the Company Registration Act
• If the applicant self-employed, ensure that you have no outstanding Medisave liabilities at the time of application

• The validity of the certificate is for one year.
