1. To obtain a Certificate of Vaccination, the applicant has to make the application in the following link
2. The applicant has to click on "Vaccination certificate" login with their sing pass Id number and password.

   Note: If you not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. Applicant has to enter the details in the application form and click the “Next” button.
4. After this “Select” the document type and upload the document mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. And finally, click the “Submit” button and wait for “email verification”.
6. The fee for this procedure is free of cost.
7. Once the process gets over, the applicant gets the vaccination certificate.
