Apply In-Person

1. To Obtain Arms and Explosives Licence, the applicant has to approach the Singapore Police Force contact link
2. An application form was provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
3. Applicants must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
6. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the authority.
7. The fee for this has to be paid as per the authority's request.
8. After the approval of the application, the authority will issue the Arms and Explosives Licence within the stipulated period of time.

• Be a member of a registered gun club or employee of the organization applying for the arms.

• Fee to obtain Arms and Explosive license $440

• The validity of license for two years.

• Possession of arms by private organization for animal management
• Possession of arms for entertainment purposes such as Airsoft Gun and Paintball Gun Activities

• Arms are regulated under the Arms and Explosives Act. You are required to have a licence should you intend to possess any arms.
• The term "Arms" include firearms, air rifles, air pistols, automatic guns, automatic pistols, stun gun, and guns or any other kind of guns from which any shot, bullet or other missiles can be discharged or noxious fumes or noxious substance can be emitted and any component part of any such arms.
