1. To obtain through AVA or the applicant has to make the application by tapping the following link  Pet Animal Licensing System (PALS) link
2. The applicant needs to login with their Singpass Id number and password

   Note: If you don’t not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with your Sing Pass ID number and password. S SAfter login click on the e-service and click “Apply License”

3. The applicant has to provide the general information and application details (owner particulars and dog particulars.
4. Make sure the applicant has to upload the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After successful submission the applicant has to pay the appropriate fee via credit or debit card which is given in the “Fees” section of this page.
6. Upon the successful payment applicant will receive an email within 3 business days.

• A copy of Applicant's NRIC
• Private Veterinary Health Certificate
• Dog microchip certificate.
• Dog photo
• Import permit if the dog is imported.

• Fee to Obtain dog license is $15.00 for one year.

• The validity of the certificate is for one year.

• Under the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules, all dogs must be licensed. This is for traceability in the event of an outbreak in disease, such as rabies. In such instances, the licensee is expected to produce the dog for examination, if required.
