Apply In-Person:

1. To book a cremation slot, the applicant has to approach Mandai Crematorium and Columbarium Complex link
2. Applicant can book through call or can visit the office.
3. Before booking, the applicant has to read the rules and regulations/ terms and conditions can use the following link
4. Bookings for cremation can be made over the phone, online, or in person at the booking office.
5. Applicant has to give the letter or get the form from the office.
6. Applicant has to fill-in all the details in the form.
7. Applicant has to attach the required documents while submitting the form, is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. The payment is to be made at the booking office before the cremation, and the details is given in the “Fees” section of this page.

Apply Online

1. To book a cremation slot in online, the applicant has to make the application in National Environment Agency e- service portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant has to login with their Singpass ID number and password.

   Note:
   If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to fill all the necessary information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Review the application and submit the application form.
6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee which is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. After successful payment, the slot for cremation was booked and the applicant notified via Email or SMS.

• Permit to Cremate (original)
• Identification Papers of Next-of-kin and Applicant (e.g. NRIC, passport, etc.)
• If applicant is not a next-of-kin [Letter of Authorisation], OR
• If applicant is not a next-of-kin and deceased was a resident in Stay-in-Care* or MSF residential home (RH)

Fee to book a cremation slot,

• Deceased under 10 years old - $50.
• Deceased 10 years old and above - $100.

• The validity is for one time.

There may be changes in your situation after a confirmed booking for cremation at Mandai Crematorium. The applicant may decide to:

• Change the date and/or time of the booking
• Or cancel the booking

All changes or cancellation to confirmed bookings for cremation must be made in person at Mandai Crematorium. The applicant has to bring along all the required documents to make the change.

A list which displays the kind of information which is required to complete the procedure.
e.g.
1. Date of Birth.
2. City or Country of Birth.

The body of the deceased may be buried or cremated, depending on the wishes and religion of the deceased.
