1. To book a burial slot, the applicant has to approach the Choa Chu Kang Cemetery Office link
2. Applicant can book through call or can visit the office.
3. Before booking, the applicant has to read the rules and regulations/ terms and conditions can use the following link
4. Applicant has to give the letter or get the form from the authority officer.
5. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
6. Applicant has to attach the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. The payment is to be made at the booking office before the burial, and the details is given in the “Fees” section of this page.

FOR BURIAL

• The deceased's original death certificate, which contains the permit to bury/cremate
• The deceased's NRIC or passport
• The applicant's NRIC or passport
• The letter of authorisation, if the applicant is not the deceased's next-of-kin

• Any person who intends to book a burial slot are eligible to make this application.

• Fee to book a burial slot, for Child under 10 years old - $140 and for adult $315

• The validity is for one time.

• Please note that the burial period for all graves is limited to 15 years. At the end of 15 years, the graves will be exhumed.
• If burial is required due to religious reasons, the exhumed remains will be re-buried in smaller individual plots.
• For those whose religions allow cremation, the exhumed remains will be cremated and stored in columbaria niches.
