Singapore - Apply to Adjust Self Employed Contributions


Procedure

Apply online

  1. To Apply to Adjust Self Employed Contributions, the applicant has to make the application in Central Provident fund board or tap the following link
  2. The applicant has to log in with their Sing Pass app.
    Note: If the applicant doesn’t have singpass app he/she can download app from the app store.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form (Incomplete application form are not accepted).
  4. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After uploading the documents review the application and click submit.
  6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority’s request.
  7. The authority will review the application and contact the applicant via email or SMS.
  8. The processing time of the application takes up to 15-30 days.

Need for the Document

  • With a Self-Employed Contributions, sometimes called a private pension, you choose where you want your contributions to be invested from a range of funds the provider offers. The provider will claim tax relief at the basic rate of tax on your behalf and add it to your pension savings.
