1. To Apply for Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation, the applicant has to approach National Environment Agency Link
2. The applicant can download the application form from the following Link
3. Read through the instruction carefully and fill the applicant form correctly, please verify that all the information is correct (Incomplete application form will be rejected)
4. The applicant has to attach the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After completing the application form the applicant has to post out the form to Central Licensing Branch of National Environment Agency. contact details of the office address was given in “Office Location and Contacts” section of this page). The applicant can also email it to NEA_Cleaninglicence@nea.gov.sg
6. After submitting the application form Successful applicants shall be notified by e-mail.
7. Successful applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of S$130 (excluding GST)
8. for the cleaning business licence.
9. Upon successful completion, Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation will be granted to the applicant within the stipulated period of time.
10. The outcome of the application will be mailed to the company.

• Original copy of the completed application form
• Photocopy of the latest Business Profile by ACRA
• Documentary proof to show at least 1 service agreement between the cleaning business and the service buyer or current copy of employment contract
• Original copy of the Progressive Wage Plan

Cleaning businesses will be assessed in the following four areas:

• Professional and regulatory cleaning standards.
• Environmental health and cleanliness standards.
• Operation planning, support and delivery.
• Training, quality of manpower, and general working conditions.

• Applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of S$130 (excluding GST) for the cleaning business licence.

• The validity is for one year.

• Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation recognises businesses that deliver high cleaning standards through the training of workers, use of equipment to improve work processes, and fair employment practices.

The scheme currently focuses on the provision of cleaning services in three cleaning sub-sectors:

• Office and commercial buildings
• Food and beverage establishments
• Conservancy
