1. To Apply for a Certificate of Clearance (COC), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Register” button.
3. Enter all the details and click the “Submit” button.
4. Now, back to the home page, the applicant has to click the “login” button.
5. Can use the OR code or user password to log in.
6. The applicant has to enter the password and ID and click the “Login” button.
7. The applicant needs to select the Certificate of Clearance.
8. Enter the following details in the form and click the “Submit” button.
9. Use the following link to complete all the process for link
10. Now the applicant has to click on the following process to upload all the documents and for the biometric process.
11. Upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
12. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority. (if required)
13. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
14. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
15. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
16. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
17. The applicant has to visit the office to get the license.
18. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
