Apply In Person

1. To Apply Singtel Sponsorship, the applicant has to approach the National Council of Social Service link
2. The applicant has to get the form from the respective office to get the sponsorship.
3. Applicant has to fill all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Make sure that you have all the needed documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After completing the form, submit the completed application form along with the necessary documents to the respective authority.
6. Once the above process gets over, the authority will verify the documents.
7. After verification, the applicant will get the notification through the SMS, the authority will issue the granted document to the applicant by visiting the health department office.
8. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
9. The processing time for this procedure is within 30 days.

• Attachment of compiled and scanned Singtel bill from either Jan or Feb or Mar 2020.
• Completed form.
