1. To Apply Food Vending Machine License or Permit, the applicant has to make the application in GoBusiness licensing portal or tap the following Link
2. Enter a search “Vending Machine Operator Licence” then click on "Add to selection"> click on "Review and Apply" and then click the "Proceed" button.
3. The applicant can also make a search by clicking the “Government Agencies” and select “Singapore Food Agency” SFA and choose the appropriate service.

   Note: If the applicants don’t not have an account, then they can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, on the next page enter their personal information and submit. they will be issued with the Sing Pass ID number and password.

4. The applicant has to provide the general information and application details in the application form.
5. Make sure the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Review and submit the application form.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee given in the “Fees” section of this page.
8. SFA will post out the hard copy licences within 7 working days upon successful payment.
   

• A copy of Applicant's NRIC / Business Profile information from Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
• Equipment layout of vending machines (both interior and exterior)
• Detailed business proposal of the vending machine operation
• Completed excel sheet to indicate the location of the vending machines
• Tenancy Agreement of a single vending machine location

Any person who intends to Apply Food Vending Machine License or Permit are eligible to make this application.

The processing fee to obtain food vending machine license is $195.00

The validity of the license is one year.

All food for sale in vending machines must be obtained from licensed/approved source(s) i.e. SFA-licensed central kitchens, SFA-approved imported food and/or SFA-licensed food catering operation. Sale of food from unlicensed sources/premises is strictly not permitted
