The Civil Status Office is the only office that has the authority to issue birth certificate.

If you were born in Seychelles you can obtain a copy of your birth certificate at Civil Status.

Any document that would able to identify you, which have the National Identification Number (N.I.N) such as

Any person can obtain a birth certificate from the Civil Status office upon payment and required document.

Both large extract of the certificate and an abridged copy can be obtained for Rs50/- each.
