1. Following are the office locations of Seychelles Licensing Authority which you can contact : Office Locations
2. You will have to fill in an application form which is provided by the licensing authority Or can be downloaded from the following link : Application Form
3. You will have to go through a written theory test and a practical driving test to prove you are eligible for driving.
4. Attach a certificate from the Commissioner of Police that the applicant is capable of driving and fully controlling the vehicle.
5. License fee of SR 500 for 10 years.
6. If your documents are satisfactory you will be provided with a Seychelles driver license.
