Serbia - Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate

Apply In-Person

  1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approachthe Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Forestry and Water Management. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
  2. You have to submit an Application form to the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Forestry and Water Management.
  3. Application form can be found on the following link:Link
  4. Download the application form and fill up your details.
  5. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
  6. The applicant has to present the duly filled application formand Documents to the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Forestry and Water Management.
  7. After the application form is processed, The Inspectorinspects the shipment destined for export.
  8. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

Validity

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
