1. To obtain a Certificate of Family Quotient, an applicant will need to go to the competent tax services center in his/her place of residence. Note: See contact information below.
2. Applicants will to submit the following documents:
   1. Written request for the certificate
   2. Marriage certificate
   3. Latest pay slip
   4. Extract of birth of dependent children
   5. Delegation of parental authority (s)
   6. The certificate of the current year for children over 18 years
3. Applying for the procedure is free.
4. There is no definite time frame when the certificate will be issued. You will need to ask the processing officer when can you come back to collect your certificate.

Note: In case of loss or theft, you will need to make a new request accompanied by a certificate of loss.
