1. In order to obtain a Traffic Accident Report, applicants will need to go to the Prosecutor's office.
2. An applicant will need to submit a handwritten request addressed to the Prosecutor of the Republic stating the date, report number and the name of the Commissioner or of the brigade who wrote the report.
3. Pay the 5,000 FCFA application fee.
4. It will take about 2 days for your request to be processed and for the Traffic Accident Report to issued.

Note: In case you have lost the Traffic Accident Report, you will need to follow the same procedure to obtain a new one.

The accident report determine the circumstances of the accident. The copy is issued by the Chief Clerk with the authorization of the public prosecutor's office.
