1. To obtain a Safety Certificate, an applicant must go to their local Health Services Department.
2. Applicants will need to submit a written request together with a copy of their identity card. Note: Include the address where you would like to out up your business.
3. The applicant bears the cost of transporting the equipment that will be used to inspect the premises.
4. It will take about 4 days before a Safety Certificate is issued.

Note: In case you have lost the Safety Certificate, you will need to follow the same procedure to obtain a new one.
