1. To obtain a Certificate of Origin, an applicant will need to go to a regional office of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.
2. Complete an application and submit the form together with these following documents:
   1. Valid import-export card
   2. A Bill pro forma or final invoice
3. An exporter will need to bring his papers to the responsible Directorate (for example, Management of Mines for Gold, Fishing Authority for fish product management, etc.) to get the authentication of Senegalese origin. Then, then he will need to bring these documents to the Department of Trade in Dakar to receive a visa which must be attached to your export declaration.
