Check the current Senegal visa regulations from at Senegal foreign ministry, from here or find the Senegal embassy in your country of permanent residence to obtain the visa application requirements for Senegal;

• Apply for a business visa;
• On arrival fill the special pass form
• Get a temporary work visa application form and fill it in accurately;
• Make all the necessary payments;

Attach all the necessary documents like

• Letter of invitation from the Gabon company.
• Letter of motivation (written by the applicant)
• Payment slips
• Submit all the documents to the Ministry of Internal affairs;
• Go to Ministry of Interior Affairs to the ministry after about two (2) weeks and pay for a Special Pass.
• Pick up passport later with Special Pass as the work permit is being processed.
• Physically go to the Min of Interior Affairs Office to inquire about if your work permit has been processed. If it is, you give them your passport. you need to find out if they need to keep it for a few days (or weeks) or if they can process it straight away.
• Make payment for Work Permit.
• Receive the work permit.

• Completed visa application form, three (3) copies, properly filled out and signed

• Certified copy of the original employment contract for a term not exceeding three months and a temporary work permit issued by the competent Gabon authority in charge of employment and a certificate under these same agency, by which the employing organization is committed to support the repatriation of foreign workers from the breakdown of the employment relationship.

Please make sure your passport meets the following legal requirements:

The passport must be valid for the duration of your stay in Senegal, and for at least six months when you leave Senegal.

The passport must contain at least two blank pages.

• When you arrive in Senegal you will need:
• The original Registration Receipt and Approval of per-enrollment documents
• Passport valid for at least six months + a photocopy of the first five pages
• Round-trip or onward ticket or proof of departure
• Hotel confirmation or accommodation certificate (or a copy of proof of ownership if the traveler is the owner of the house to be visited in Senegal)
• Business travelers must also carry a letter of invitation from the company/person to be visited.
• A minor traveling alone must also have a notarized letter of parental consent.
