Neglecting a travel document inside the Kingdom includes the following:

• Keeping the travel document in unsafe places.
• Keeping the travel document in your car without any intention to travel.

Neglecting a travel document outside the Kingdom includes the following:

• Not registering the passport at the Saudi Embassy in the country visited.
• Losing the travel document abroad without providing an evidence.
• Losing the travel document in suspicious locations or altercations or so.

The fee for this service is 150 SAR.

• If the lost passport has been found after having a replacement for it, the old passport is not allowed to be used and must be surrendered in order to be cancelled.
