For babies born outside the Kingdom:

• The baby must be in the Kingdom during the adding process.
• The addition is done within 3 months as of entry stamp date. There is a penalty for late addition.

For babies born inside the Kingdom:

• Add the baby to the passport of one of the parents at the embassy or get him a separate passport.
