You are a legal Representative of a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) or are his/her deputy. You can register the NGO by online through the Irembo Portal. To do it, please follow the guiding:

1. Sign up for an account of Irembo
   • To register a NGO, you need an account of Irembo portal. If you do not have it, you can obtain it from the following link to sign up your account.
2. Prepare the required documents (scan version and must not exceed 500kb):
   • Notarised minutes of the general assembly that includes the list of all members: Download form
   • CVs of the legal representative/deputy: Download form
   • Notarised statute in three languages not exceeding 4 pages: Download form
   • Notarised declaration signed by the legal representative/deputy: Download form
   • Collaboration letter from the district of operation
   • Criminal record certificate issued by the National Public Prosecution Authority (NPPA) for legal representative/deputy
3. NGO registration
   • Enter the Irembo Portal: link
   • Log in by your account
   • Fill the online forms,
   • Upload the required documents and
   • Submit your application to the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB).
   • Pay the applicable fee, RGB will review the application and notify you through SMS/Email. #*If you do not receive feedback from RGB within 15 working days, please contact RGB on +250788504713.

• Notarised minutes of the general assembly that includes the list of all members

• Notarised statute in three languages not exceeding 4 pages
