• Visit Rwanda Posta main branch Kigali or any other branch country wide
• Pick the Rental Box application forms
• Fill them
• Return the forms to the Posta Rwanda officer together with the required document
• Your detailed will be entered and Box number will be provided
• You will be requested to pick our card after one week and the Box key after a specified period of time
• You can start using the Box Rental service without the card and key

For Individuals

• Valid identification document such as driver license
• Passport
• Two passport sized photograph with a white background
• Recommendation letter from local authorities

For Non- individual

• Two passports sized photograph with a white background
• Certificate of incorporation
• Recommendation from local authorities
• Photocopy of a recognized valid identity card

A rental box which is also know as a mailing box, Letter Box, Private Bag and many others names , enables the owner to receive his/her correspondences , letter, mail and many others including luggage, products. This service is provided by national post office Rwanda.

Registration or application forms are available in two (2) languages, and therefore you are advised to fill the form in the language you understand best in order to avoid errors
